In recent years, the Jiangnan garden heritage field has also constantly exploring digital technology and application methods, the combination of garden heritage protection and digital technology to promote the collection of information, archive management, heritage dissemination, and other work has begun to bear fruit. This paper discusses the advantages of digitizing the heritage of Jiangnan gardens from the perspective of sustainable development of heritage by combing the current status of digitizing research in Jiangnan gardens, and discusses the development path of sustainable development of Jiangnan gardens in the digital era from the perspective of digitizing the content of the heritage and the management of the heritage digitization.
