    摘要:

    随着中国发展重心由“增量”向“存量”转移,社区内部及周边的闲置空地越发受到关注,以“共建”理念为主导进行社区花园建设已经成为这些空地的基本改造范式,如何协调与组织各方也逐渐成了社区花园营建工作的关键问题。在此背景下,风景园林育人环节中除了要重视专业技能的基础训练以外,还应增强学生沟通能力、团队协作能力、实践能力以及社会责任感等方面的培养。以深圳市南山区“联心园”实践项目为例,将思政建设融入“校、企、地”三方协同的联合育人模式中,在向学生提供理论指导、实践指引的同时,积极引导学生树立正确的价值观和职业观,增强学生品德素养和奉献精神,培育为民服务意识和公益意识,为社会建设发展提供优质的复合型人才。

    Abstract:

    With the shift of China’s development focus from “increment” to “stock”, the idle spaces in and around communities have attracted more and more attention. The community garden construction led by the concept of “co-construction” has become the basic transformation paradigm of these spaces. How to coordinate and organize all parties has gradually become the key issue of the community garden construction. Under this background, in addition to the basic training of professional skills, the cultivation of student’s communication ability, team cooperation ability, practical ability and social responsibility should be strengthened in the process of landscape architecture education. Therefore, taking the actual construction project of “Lianxin Park” in Nanshan District of Shenzhen as an exploration which integrated ideological and political education into the education model of “University-Enterprise-Locality” to help students establish correct and professional value, enhance students’ moral quality and dedication and cultivate service consciousness in practice.
