Abstract:Based on the analysis of policy development, the article summarizes the main current situation contradictions of commercial facilities in the stalls. The environment is uncoordinated, and the management is complex. And excellent cases from Korea, Japan and Indonesia are selected from three different scales: urban areas, urban parks, squares, and urban streets, and it refined their layout paradigms and also it summarized Singapore’s management experience from the policy level. This paper summarizes the four layout principles of commercial facilities of the ground stall: the principle of spatial coordination, the focus of functional compatibility, the principle of layout order and the principle of environmental integration, and the five layout forms under different scales: concentrated, belt, radial, group and scattered. Because of the contradiction between the two current situations, we further provide environmental optimization strategies and post-management and maintenance suggestions for the undulating use of terrain and three-dimensional expansion of space to actively respond to the current policies, tap the potential of more efficient use of existing public spaces, and explore the practical possibilities of better integration of commercial facilities into the city.
