Abstract:Village scenic planning is a new way to develop rural construction, and its essence is to crack the bottleneck of rural development, but during the implementation process, there is a phenomenon of blindly promoting the development of tourism in the scenic area without being independent of villagers. Taking The Ouhai area of Daluo Mountain Scenic Spot in Wenzhou as an example, this article intends to understand the specific situation of the village through field investigation and interview questionnaires. The analysis method focuses on the actual needs of the villagers, and calculates the weights to evaluate and analyze their needs. The results show that the villagers’ needs for the planning of the village’s scenic spots are, in order, industrial prosperity, ecological livability, perfect facilities, and rural culture; there are many common needs for the ecological development of scenic spots and villagers. Finally, using this as a reference basis to propose corresponding strategies for the planning of village scenic spots, and provide references for more village scenic spots planning, in order to achieve the ultimate goal of harmonious development of village production and life and scenic ecological protection.
