As a high-quality spatial form of urbanization development with sociological significance, the leisure life circle planning can concretize the five “every person” concepts of people’s city into urban planning and construction. To understand leisure life and leisure life circle from the perspective of urban sociology, the paperexplored the internal logic between the construction of leisure life circle and the construction of people’s city, proposed three different levels of leisure life circle planning and provided specific planning paths to support the realization of people’s leisure life and the high-quality development of the city.
