As an essential part of the natural ecosystem, the protection and continued development of native plants is one of the material foundations of sustainable human development. How to effectively use the native plants in country parks and maintain the plant communities’ ecological balance and stability in country parks is of great significance to the long-term construction of country parks. It is also an essential part of the structure of ecological garden cities in China today. The article elaborates on native plant communities’ application from three aspects: preservation level, restoration and improvement level, and environmental reconstruction level. It can better reflect the native plant characteristics of country parks from the landscape level and is more conducive to plant habitat of creating harmony and sustainability from the ecological level.
