Taking the landscape planning and design of Hailar Wetland Park as an examp le, the article analyzes the protection and structure of landscape planning designers facing the characteristic regional landscape. The designer uses urban planning and regional planning, which design as the medium; on the principle of protecting and respecting the regional characteristic ecological base, the researcher proposes a differentiated and progressive targeted strategy to balance the characteristic landscape ecological restoration and human use. And then achieve the goal of regional environment optimization, regional characteristic landscape construction and urban modernization symbiosis, and cause practitioners to think about the creation and protection of regional landscape and the application of design methods.
