The proposal of a healthy China strategy, coupled with the acceleration of population aging, makes the elderly group become the focus of social attention. To enhance the happiness of the older person, and the usage level of urban parks by the elderly, this article takes the elderly users as the research object, which uses the POE evaluation method to evaluate the use of the open space for the aging person in the park. And it also analyzes the egret Problems in the use of the open space of the Bailuzhou Park in the elderly group and suggestions for optimization. Through onsite investigation and  eld visits, it found that Bailuzhou Park still needs to be improved in serving the elderly, and the park's service facilities need to con gure reasonably.
