Abstract:The characteristics of Japanese gardens re ected in the hotel gardens. The combination of the inn and garden that originated from the pilgrimage was born and developed rapidly in the Edo period. Combined with the natural resources of the local place, the Japanese gardens form a waterfall, sea, and hot spring hotel. When there is no scenery available, a large number of tea gardens and rockgardens have been created. As Okayama Ping Hotel, Dingshanxi Hot Spring Hotel, Lake Toya Hot Spring Hotel, Seto Inland Sea Hotel, Tokyo Asura Park are classical hotel with such a model.
