From the perspective of geographical landscape, this paper explores the landscape of Zhuge Village of Octagonal Battle Formation (Village Big Lushu and Village Small Lushu) in Jintan City from the perspectives of regional culture, landscape ecology and rural planning. This paper  rst analyses the extraction of cultural concepts and the study of cultural and geographic landscape of Zhuge Village of Octagonal Battle Formation. Then, it analyses the landscape ecology of the village. Thirdly, on the basis of regional culture and landscape ecology, this paper presents the idea of village planning of Zhuge Village of Octagonal Battle Formation, which provides more reasonable ideas and theoretical guidance for the landscape research of Southern area of the Yangtze River
