This paper studies the characteristics and potential value of the spatial cluster of Wuhan lakeside landscape through multi-source data. Based on the analysis on the distribution status of eight types of POI facility points in Wuhan lake-front landscape space, this paper compares the aggregation degree of human behavior-tracking points and POI facility points, that reveals the spatial potential level of Wuhan lake-front space. The results show that Wuhan lakeside landscape space has good potential value, but the hardware facilities fail to meet users’ demands. Also, most of the lakeside spatial aggregation degree does not match with its actual potential value. To develop the spatial value of Wuhan lakeside, further planning need to be made. The results of this study will provide data basis for the future spatial planning of Wuhan's lakeside.
