Abstract:In light of the current national standardization strategy, Chengdu has thoroughly explored the standard system for Park City construction. Amid the new human-centered urbanization process, urban land is becoming more refined and intensive, while parks are undergoing numerous changes, including in their systems, functions, and construction subjects. The original technical standards and management methods, which primarily focus on basic indicators and services, lack standardized guidelines for cultivating diverse business formats across various parks, making it challenging to guide the vitality and sustainable development of these areas. This paper examines the multiple functions and humanistic needs of Chengdu’s parks and proposes concepts, pathways, and technological innovation strategies for integrating park scene construction with business formats from a standardization perspective. It establishes a systematic standardized technical framework to scientifically guide park type development, promotes functional integration through scene construction, and adopts a demand-oriented standardized approach for integrating park business formats. This aims to enhance the vitality of the parks, create a replicable ecological value transformation model, and realize the creation, management, and operation of park scenes along with integrating business formats.
